Returns

Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. If you decide to change your mind, we're glad to accept returns as long as the following requirements are met:

Items were bought within the last 30 days, and receipts are available.

Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged in any other way.

Return to Store

If our policy requirements are met, you may return your item to The Crystal Gallery store in El Paso whether you made your purchase online or in person within 30 days of purchase. Please be prepared to show proof of purchase, such as your bank statement, order number, or email order confirmation. Subject to stock being available, our staff in-store can assist you with a refund or exchange.

Online Returns

We offer free return labels if there was a mistake made by Crystal Gallery by Gem Center online.  Otherwise feel free to return any item purchased online via the US Post office, UPS or Fedex within 30 days for a refund.  

Note that online returns are not permitted for in-store purchases. You must do this in-store if you want to exchange your sneakers.

Please keep in mind the following when returning items online:

1) Your order number should be entered: The first 1000 will be your order number. The # and other symbols must not be used.

2) One complimentary return shipping label is allowed per order. The free return package can contain several products. The free shipping label will be provided on all orders where a mistake was made by The Crystal Gallery in El Paso or a defect is found in the product, otherwise return the item to our store or shipping must be paid by the customer.

3) Pack your return: To preserve the crystals or other products from damage, our products must be enclosed in foam wrapping or something comparable.

Refunds:

Refunds will be applied automatically to the original form of payment. Please give your account up to 5 business days to receive the funds.
